This TED Talk podcast featured Elizabeth Gilbert, writer of Eat Pray Love, who talks about managing our anxiety while socially isolating. Some highlights for me were:

-        Resilience is our shared genetic inheritance, We are the product of generations of individuals who have survived. 

-       Take the pressure off and follow your curiosity rather than your passion.

-       Tap into your compassion and not take on the other person’s suffering.
